ポイント

●冠動脈疾患の一次予防，二次予防におけるLDL-C低下治療の効果は確立している．

●冠動脈イベント抑制効果は治療前LDL-C値にかかわらず，治療後の到達LDL-C値と相関する．

●患者リスクを評価したうえで，動脈硬化性疾患予防ガイドラインに準じたLDL-C値の管理をする．
