●消化器薬のなかにも保険適応外使用により有効性を示す薬剤や投与方法が多数ある．

●Helicobacter pyloriの二次除菌治療は，一次除菌の失敗の原因によって，抗菌薬の選定や酸分泌抑制薬の投与方法を検討する必要がある．

●潰瘍性大腸炎やCrohn病に対して新たな分子標的治療薬が開発されており，その有効性が示されている．
