ポイント

●重要臓器病変を有する膠原病の場合，診断の確定よりも治療の開始が優先されることもある．

●膠原病の重要臓器病変に対して，打つべき「最初の一手」の種類は多くない．

●検査所見ではなく，患者の状態を治療するよう心がける．
