ポイント

●成人Still病は弛張熱，多関節炎，定型的皮疹を3主徴とする．

●急性期には炎症反応が高値となり，高フェリチン血症を示す例が多い．

●成人Still病の確定診断には，発熱をきたす他疾患の除外が重要である．

●ステロイド抵抗性の場合には，メトトレキサートをはじめとした免疫抑制薬投与を試みる．
