ポイント

●Behçet病の特殊病型は遅発性病変が多く，生命予後を左右する．

●後部ぶどう膜炎は発作を繰り返すと著しい視力・視野障害を生じる．

●腸管Behçet病では，定型的回盲部病変以外に潰瘍性大腸炎様やCrohn病様の病変もみられる．

●血管Behçet病においては，動脈系よりも静脈系の病変頻度が高い．

●慢性進行型の神経Behçet病は，髄液中IL-6が持続的に高値で，ステロイド抵抗性の病態である．
