誤嚥予防には何が有効か？

●誤嚥性肺炎の予防に関して，薬物的介入/非薬物的介入ともにエビデンスに乏しく，確立された介入はない．今後の臨床試験の結果が待たれる．

●非薬物的介入として，限られたエビデンスながら，口腔ケアと半座位の施行により誤嚥性肺炎の発症を抑制できる可能性がある．

●薬物的介入として，限られたエビデンスながら，東洋人で脳血管障害による嚥下障害のある患者に対して，ACE阻害薬を投与することで誤嚥性肺炎の発症を抑制できる可能性がある．

●寝たきりの患者の誤嚥性肺炎予防に関するエビデンスはない．
