腰痛の手術は是か非か

ポイント

●腰椎椎間板ヘルニアの予後は，保存療法，手術療法ともに良好である．

●腰部脊柱管狭窄症の長期予後は不明である．

●上記2疾患は，神経脱落症状が急速に進行する場合のみ絶対的手術適応となる．
