ポイント

●骨折後には早期から適切な治療によって疼痛や機能障害を改善し，生活機能を維持する．

●大腿骨近位部骨折では原則的に手術療法が必要で，受傷後できるだけ早期に行う必要がある．

●前腕骨骨折や上腕骨近位部骨折でも，最近は手術による内固定を行うことが多くなっている．
