動悸・めまい・失神

ポイント

●「動悸」＋胸痛，息切れ，失神などの随伴症状は危険信号．

●「めまい」のなかでも胸部不快感，失神，失神寸前のエピソードは危険信号．

●「失神」の患者には心電図は必須．

●「失神」「動悸」「めまい」は多くの場合，予後良好だが，心疾患は必ず除外．
