安定型狭心症の長期管理はどうするか

ポイント

●狭心症治療目的は，発作の予防をしてQOLを向上させることと，予後を改善させることである．

●狭心症治療目標は，CCS Class I以下の運動耐容能を得ることである．

●狭心症増悪因子に対する治療後に，発作に対する治療，生命予後改善に対する治療を行う．

●血行再建術の適応は，薬物治療効果不十分で心筋虚血が証明されている症例である．

●狭心症治療は，患者の病像や社会的背景を考慮したうえで検討することが必要である．
