ポイント

●レニン・アンジオテンシン・アルドステロン(RAA)系は心不全の病態に非常に重要である．

●ACE阻害薬，ARB，抗アルドステロン薬，いずれも心不全には有用である．

●各薬剤とも血圧，腎機能，K値には十分注意しなければならない．

●BNPが心不全治療効果の指標として有用である．

●エプレレノンが日本でも使用可能となり，その効果が期待される．
