●成分栄養療法は本邦独特の治療法であり，欧米においてはほとんど行われていない．

●抗TNF-a製剤を病初期から投与するtop-down療法の是非が注目されている．

●インフリキシマブ以外の新しい抗TNF-a製剤の効果が期待されている．

●チオプリン製剤による免疫調節療法は緩解維持療法として行われる．
