ポイント

●大腸の運動機能は，腸管各部位で認められるハウストラを形成する分節運動と内容物を肛門側に移動させる推進運動に分けられる．

●過敏性腸症候群では収縮運動の亢進と腸管知覚の過敏性が認められる．
