ポイント

●日常生活指導はIBDのQOLや経過を改善するうえで有用である．

●喫煙は特にCrohn病の症例で禁煙を指導する．

●食事指導は全体的なエネルギー摂取量を考慮する必要がある．

●服薬指導はSASP/5-ASAの服用量についても注意を払う．
