高血圧―後期高齢者の血圧をどこまで下げるか？

ポイント

●後期高齢者の降圧目標は，140/90mmHg程度とする．

●後期高齢者においては，若年と違って，降圧すればするほどよいというエビデンスはない．

●超高齢者(80歳以上)の降圧目標は150/90mmHg程度にすれば，脳卒中の予防につながる可能性がある．
