ポイント

●小細胞肺がんの限局型では，化学療法と放射線照射の同時併用が標準治療である．

●非小細胞肺がんの術後補助化学療法は，IB-IIIA期で行うことが標準治療である．

●IV期進行・再発非小細胞肺がんは，2剤併用化学療法が標準治療である．
