●ゲムシタビンは膵・胆道領域のがんに対し，幅広く用いられるようになってきている．

●ゲムシタビンの副作用は外来で十分コントロール可能である．

●分子標的治療薬の開発も現在進行中であり，膵がんでは第Ⅲ相試験の結果が報告されつつある．
