ポイント

●高齢者のがん化学療法はまだ確立された方法が少ない．

●高齢者のがん化学療法は，投与量の減量や投与コースを減少しても，副作用の程度が高い場合が多い．

●高齢者は身体的機能が個々で大きく違っているため，臨床試験の結果などに基づき投与量・投与間隔などを決定する必要がある．
