糖尿病と腎疾患

ポイント

●アンギオテンシン変換酵素(ACE)阻害薬およびアンギオテンシン受容体拮抗薬(ARB)は，早期腎症の顕性腎症への進展予防効果，顕性腎症の腎機能悪化の抑制効果がある．

●糖尿病性腎症第3期A以前は厳格な血糖コントロールが重要であり，第3期B以降は厳格な血圧管理が重要である．

●腎機能の低下した患者やステロイド糖尿病の患者における血糖コントロールでは，インスリンの使用が望まれる．
