COPDとうっ血性心不全

ポイント

●疫学調査では，COPDの死因として肺以外の併存症が注目されている．

●大規模治験の成績では，COPDの死因の約30％が循環器疾患であった．

●治療では，高血圧，狭心症の外来治療例にCOPDが併存している可能性があり，他方，COPDの治療で循環器疾患に対する治療が不十分となっている可能性がある．

●COPDの増悪による低酸素血症が心不全の増悪因子となり，COPD治療薬による副作用は心不全増悪を起こす可能性がある．両者の共存は治療方針のうえでも問題が多い．
