72歳男性．タール便を主訴に来院．狭心症のため3カ月前に他院でステントを留置され，アスピリンとチクロピジンを投与されている．内視鏡検査にて胃角部に巨大な潰瘍を認めた．ヘモグロビン10.5mg/dl．
