ポイント

●hANP（ハンプ）とは，人工合成されたヒト心房性ナトリウム利尿ホルモンであり，利尿作用，血管拡張作用がある．

●強心薬を必要としないすべての急性左心不全に効果がある．

●脱水，右室梗塞など前負荷がかからない心不全では，血圧の低下に注意して使用する．
