利尿薬

ポイント

●サイアザイド系利尿薬は高血圧に使用される．少量使用により代謝性副作用を最小限にしつつ，良好な降圧効果と心血管病予防効果が得られる．

●日本人は塩分の摂取量が多いので，サイアザイド系利尿薬は厳密な降圧目標を達成するために強力な武器となる．

●ループ利尿薬は心不全治療に不可欠であるが，必要最小限の使用量にとどめるよう，工夫が必要である．

●サイアザイド系利尿薬もループ利尿薬も，低カリウム血症を回避することが重要である．
