β遮断薬：虚血性心疾患

ポイント

●β遮断薬は，虚血性心疾患に対して初期治療薬として推奨されている．

●心筋梗塞による左室機能不全を有する例においても，β遮断薬により予後の改善効果が期待できる．

●左室機能不全を有する症例や高齢者へは，少量から開始する．

●β遮断薬の副作用や禁忌に注意して使用する．
