ポイント

●Ca拮抗薬は，L型Caチャネルを阻害することで血管平滑筋や心筋の収縮を抑制する．

●Ca拮抗薬は3種類に大別され，DHP系は血管選択性が高く，主な降圧薬が属している．

●ALLHAT試験により，長時間作用型Ca拮抗薬の心血管事故抑制作用が確立された．

●日本高血圧学会ガイドラインにおいて，Ca拮抗薬は第一選択薬の1つに位置づけられる．

●Ca拮抗薬は，脳卒中予防効果において優れている可能性が報告されている．
