ポイント

●心室頻拍の治療は，基礎心疾患の有無，頻拍中の血行動態によって異なる．

●薬理作用と頻拍の機序を理解したうえでの，薬剤使用が不可欠である．

●近年使用可能となったアミオダロン静注薬は，ニフェカラントと並び，心室性不整脈治療に非常に重要である．薬理作用の相違点を理解しておく必要がある．
