誤嚥性肺炎の抗菌薬・嫌気性菌カバーの考え方

●誤嚥による肺の一連の変化を理解する．

●誤嚥による肺の炎症には全例抗菌薬投与の必要はない（見極める臨床能力，待つ勇気）．

●不顕性誤嚥という概念を知る．

●嫌気性菌の関与は，「敬意は表するが違うと思う」という姿勢も忘れない．

●実はもっと大切なことは，何故誤嚥したか？　であることが多い．嘔吐の原因を検索せよ．
