喘息発作の治療法

ポイント

●喘息発作は重症度の初期評価が重要である．

●致死性喘息をピックアップし気管挿管のタイミングを逸しないようにトリアージする．

●酸素投与，β₂刺激薬吸入，全身ステロイド投与が治療の基本である．

●初期治療後の評価を適切に行う．

●退院後は再発予防に努める．
