ポイント

●労作時呼吸困難などの重要な呼吸器症状と臨床経過，胸部理学所見から間質性肺炎は疑うことができる．

●理学所見では関節・皮膚症状などの膠原病を示唆する所見の有無も含めて全身を丹念に診察することが重要である．

●普段の内服薬に関しては経時的に詳細に聞き出すことで原因となる薬剤を同定することに結びつく．

●ステロイドの効果判定は臨床症状，画像所見，肺機能などを駆使して総合的に行うべきである．

●易感染性，糖尿病，骨粗鬆症などのステロイドの主な副作用を十分に念頭に置いて治療管理する．
