呼吸器疾患患者における骨粗鬆症予防と治療

ポイント

●プレドニゾロン15 mg／日以上を間欠的に，または5～7.5 mg／日を持続内服している患者は骨粗鬆症のリスクが増す．

●吸入ステロイドおよびβ刺激吸入薬と骨粗鬆症リスクについて見解は一致していない．

●プレドニゾロン開始直後より骨折リスクが増加するためすぐ骨粗鬆症治療を開始する．

●COPDもステロイド使用の有無に限らず骨粗鬆症のハイリスク群と考え，骨密度を測定する．

●骨粗鬆症の治療は，カルシウム製剤・ビスフォスフォネート・ビタミンD製剤の併用が基本．
