脳卒中の危険因子

ポイント

●近年，わが国では降圧治療の普及により，脳卒中に及ぼす高血圧の影響が減少した．

●従来，降圧薬治療の対象とならない軽度の血圧上昇も脳卒中のリスクとなる．

●耐糖能異常，高脂血症などの代謝異常が増加し，脳梗塞の危険因子としての重要性が増している．

●多量飲酒，喫煙は脳卒中の危険因子となる．

●最近注目される危険因子として，高感度C反応性蛋白，メタボリック・シンドローム，慢性腎臓病が挙げられる．
