●発症後3時間を経過した超急性期脳梗塞例に対する経静脈的血栓溶解療法の有効性が示されている．

●経静脈的血栓溶解療法と経動脈的局所動注療法の併用療法が試みられつつある．

●経静脈的血栓溶解療法と超音波連続照射の併用療法に加えて，超音波造影剤の使用が注目を集めている．
