　肺野に出現する異常陰影を正確に読影するためには，肺の基本構造である小葉の理解と，種々の異常所見が小葉とどう関連しているかを読み解くことが重要である．したがって，本稿においては，まず肺の基本構造である小葉について整理し，さらに，病変がHRCT（high-resolution CT）で小葉とどう関連して把握されるのかを，いくつかの典型例とその病理像を示しながら解説する．
