正常解剖と生理的変化

●正常解剖

　縦隔は左右の胸腔の間に位置し，前方は胸骨，後方は胸椎，下方は横隔膜で囲まれ，上方は頸部へ連続している．

　縦隔のX線学的区分は，従来よりFelsonの胸部単純写真側面像での区分により理解されている^1）．この区分では，気管の前縁から心陰影の後縁を結ぶ線を前縦隔と中縦隔の境界とし，椎体前縁の1cm後方を中縦隔と後縦隔の境界としている．現在ではCTにより正常構造の位置を把握し，前縦隔を心大血管の前外側，中縦隔を気管・食道周囲，後縦隔を傍椎体領域としている（Sone, et al^2）による区分）．
