正常解剖

●尿管

　尿管は腎盂から連続する長さ約30cm，径約5mmの管腔臓器である．大腰筋の腹側を下内側に走行し，生殖（卵巣，精巣）動静脈の背面を横走する．小骨盤腔では総腸骨動脈と交叉して腹側を通り，仙腸関節付近まで下行すると正中方向に曲がり，膀胱後壁を正中から約2.5cmのところで斜め前方に貫いて終わる．尿管には生理的狭窄が3カ所〔①腎盂尿管移行部（ureteropelvic junction：UPJ），②総腸骨動静脈との交叉部，③尿管膀胱移行部（ureterovesical junction：UVJ）〕存在し，尿管結石が嵌頓しやすい部位である（図1）．
