ポイント

●細菌，ウイルス，原虫や寄生虫などの感染症により腎障害をきたすことが知られている．

●病因として，病原体に対する免疫反応が関与する場合と，病原体が直接腎組織を障害する場合がある．

●全身性エリテマトーデスに似た症状を呈することもあり，鑑別が必要である．
