膵炎に必要な画像検査は何か，どのような患者にいつ行うか？

ポイント

●急性膵炎において，画像検査ではCTが一番重要である．重症であれば速やかな診断と重症度の判定を行い，適切な処置が必要となる．

●慢性膵炎では，膵石症のあるものの画像診断は容易である．初期の慢性膵炎の画像診断は困難で，EUSを行うべきである．

●自己免疫性膵炎は画像なしで診断は不能であり，膵管の狭細像をMRCP（ERCP）でとらえ，他の画像で膵腫大などを確認する．
