急性腎不全（AKI）の診療　まずはここを押さえよう

　
①血清クレアチニン値が高い患者を見たら，まずはエコーを当てて，慢性腎臓病（CKD）と腎後性腎不全をルールアウトしよう！
②次に，腎前性腎不全と腎性腎不全のどちらなのか，FENa，FEUNなどで鑑別しよう！
③腎性腎不全だとわかったら，（1）大血管病変，（2）糸球体および小血管病変，（3）間質性腎炎，（4）急性尿細管壊死（ATN；Acute tubular necrosis）の4つのうちどれだろう？　と考えよう！
