ポイント

●わが国でも一次予防は急速に普及してきており，院内発症抑制に効果を挙げつつある．

●診断手順として臨床確率評価とDダイマーの組み合わせによるスクリーニングが効率的である．

●新しい抗凝固薬の開発に伴い，近い将来，軽症例に対しては外来治療が可能と考えられる．

●亜広汎型症例に対する血栓溶解療法の必要性については検討が続けられている．

●一時的な静脈血栓遊離対策には回収可能型フィルターが使用されつつある．
