慢性心不全治療における日本のガイドラインの特徴―RAA系を中心として

ポイント

●慢性心不全においてRAA系は，重要な役割を果たしており，早期にその改善を求められる．

●日本と比較し欧米では，ACE阻害薬およびARBの投与量が多く，大規模試験もそれに準じ施行されている．

●BNPなどでの評価は，簡便で非常に有用だが，必ずしも一致しない病態もある．
