ポイント

●心エコー図は心不全の診断，病態把握，治療方針の決定にきわめて重要である．

●血行動態は刻一刻と変化するため，経時的な変化を観察する必要がある．

●心臓CT，MRI，核医学検査などの各種画像診断法の特徴を理解する．

●各種画像診断法を駆使し，症例ごとの病態に応じた検査法を選択する．
