ポイント

●利尿薬にはループ利尿薬，サイアザイド系利尿薬，抗アルドステロン薬などがある．

●利尿薬は心不全患者の臓器うっ血に基づく症状を軽減するために最も有効な薬剤である．

●抗アルドステロン薬には利尿，降圧作用を超えた臓器保護作用がある．

●抗アルドステロン薬の心不全に対する有用性は大規模臨床試験で示されている．
