薬物療法：アンジオテンシンⅡ受容体拮抗薬（ARB）

ポイント

●レニン・アンジオテンシン系は心不全時に活性化され，心筋リモデリングに関与する．

●ARBはAT1受容体に拮抗し，AT2受容体を刺激することで心筋リモデリングを抑制する．

●大規模臨床試験にてARBはACE阻害薬とほぼ同等の心不全患者の予後改善効果を有することが示されてきている．
