非薬物療法：在宅酸素療法

ポイント

●心不全に対する在宅酸素療法のターゲットは合併する中枢性睡眠時無呼吸である．

●適応は，Cheyne-Stokes 呼吸が確認された無呼吸低呼吸指数（AHI）20以上の症例である．

●期待される効果はAHIや運動機能（QOL）の改善である．

●心機能や予後改善のエビデンスはいまだ得られていない．
