ポイント

●心不全と腎不全を個々の病態と考えず，心-腎連関の悪循環を想定した治療を行う．

●過度な利尿薬の使用により，腎前性腎不全を招かない．

●RA系抑制薬は心不全，腎不全患者に対しては少量から慎重に開始・増量を行う．
