★心臓突然死の多くは基礎心疾患を合併した頻脈性不整脈であるが，徐脈（特に房室ブロック）も重要である．

★安静時心電図に特徴的な所見をもつものがあり，心電図から突然死ハイリスク患者を疑うことができる．
