ポイント

★抗不整脈薬は，種類によって作用発現の部位も様式も異なっている．

★矛盾する作用の薬剤を併用すると，双方の効果を打ち消す可能性がある．

★同効薬剤の併用は，催不整脈作用の発現を増加させる可能性がある．

★複数の抗不整脈作用を必要とする病態において，理論的に併用薬を選択する必要がある．
