ポイント

★非弁膜症性心房細動の塞栓症予防にはワルファリンがアスピリンに比べて有効である．

★本邦では非弁膜症性心房細動の塞栓症予防にアスピリンが有効であったとする報告はない．

★血管壁，血流，血液の性状の異常に伴う血栓傾向に対して，抗凝固療法（ワルファリン）により血液凝固能を低下させ，血栓塞栓症を予防する．
