ポイント

★消化性潰瘍，慢性胃炎の原因となるH. pylori感染は胃癌の確実な発癌因子である．

★H. pyloriに対する除菌治療は胃発癌を予防する．

★除菌療法で胃発癌は予防されるが，除菌後も胃癌は発見されるため内視鏡検査が必要である．
