ポイント

★高度の腎機能障害がある患者にH. pylori除菌を行う場合は，アモキシシリンの投与量に注意が必要である．

★冠動脈疾患などでワルファリン・抗血小板薬が投与されているときはプロトンポンプ阻害薬との薬物相互作用に注意する．

★ワルファリンについてはメトロニダゾール・クラリスロマイシンによる作用増強が報告されている．
